About our role:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Strategic Partnerships, AEMEA, you will strengthen AEMEA relationships with global platform owners (including Meta, Google, ByteDance, and Amazon) to accelerate capability, innovation, and commercial impact. The role turns partner opportunities into practical programs for markets and brands, supports governance and knowledge sharing, and ensures value is measured and linked to business outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain partner relationships and working cadence that support AEMEA market needs and brand priorities.

  • Enable markets with partner programs: training, playbooks, office hours, and clear “how to apply” guidance.
  • Drive innovation pilots and early access opportunities; ensure pilots have clear success criteria and learnings are captured.
  • Coordinate internal alignment across brand, media, legal, procurement, and data teams to remove blockers and speed delivery.
  • Track impact: define metrics, collect results, and communicate outcomes and next steps to stakeholders.

What you will need:

  • Partner management, media, or commerce training preferred
  • University degree
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, electronic commerce, platform partnerships, or media agencies
  • Experience building data driven multi-platform plans with platform partners and rolling out programs across multiple markets
  • Experience translating platform capabilities into marketing and commerce outcomes
  • Strong partner management and cross-company collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across cultures, functions, external partners, and regional/global headquarters, including close collaboration with teams in Japan.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and commerce platform capabilities, with the ability to translate technical partner features and opportunities into clear business outcomes, practical recommendations, and simple guidance for stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and commercially minded, using evidence, measurement, and disciplined testing to evaluate opportunities, optimize partner initiatives, and drive measurable business impact.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple parallel initiatives, ensure stakeholder alignment, and deliver consistent follow-through in complex environments.

At Kao, we believe the diversity of our teams strengthens our global mission. Here we trust and respect each other, collaborating in a friendly and inclusive work environment to achieve great results.
