We are currently looking for a talented digital project manager to join our Client Success Team. This is a player/coach role in which the Digital Project Manager Lead will manage a small portfolio of client projects as well as the team of Project Managers.

You and this team will work with internal and external resources to ensure delivery of award-winning interactive 360 experiences60 experiences for corporate, education and hotel clients that drive measurable business results.

As the Project Manager, Lead you will be managing all aspects of the individual team members and their daily responsibilities as well as handling multiple projects concurrently. And you will be doing this while exercising excellent organization and communication skills to keep people and projects on track. Candidates for this position must be able to successfully manage people and prioritize team activities, tasks, and deliverables, control client and internal team meetings, and ensure that the projects are delivered on time and on budget.

The PM, Lead will be a champion of company goals and values. He/she must possess a positive attitude and exhibit extreme professionalism to the PM team, internal partners, and external clients. The PM, Lead recognizes the company’s success results in success for everyone and will contribute significantly into both departmental and company goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in Digital Project Management and 2-3 years experience leading a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a small portfolio of projects aligned directly to you as well as all aspects and priorities of a team whose primary responsibilities include the below.
• Create and manage project plans.
• Drive the implementation process of our award winning interactive 360 experiences
• Continually seek opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure milestones are met and final projects are delivered on time.
• Track project success metrics during regularly scheduled project review meetings.
• Control costs and scope of project while managing internal and external resources.
• Be the direct link between the clients and YouVisit until final client approval.
• Ensure timely receipt of deliverables from internal and external resources.
• Provide clients with expertise on choosing the best content for their experience
• Work collaboratively with Development and Product teams to gain deep knowledge of product capabilities and new technologies so that we provide the best solutions and clear communication to our partners.
• Work closely with and seamlessly transition accounts to Client Success Management team for ongoing program management post launch.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Digital Project Manager in a SaaS company
• Ideal candidates will have 5+ years experience in project management and 2-3 years as a PM team leader.
• Must be able to handle multiple concurrent projects and ensure on time delivery
• Must have experience working on client facing projects
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills
• An understanding of media and technology industries is preferred
• A passion and enthusiasm for collaboration and creation
• Strong presentation skills and knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP Certification preferred
