Duties and Responsibilities
- Influence customer journeys and identify opportunities to simplify and enhance the user experience.
- Drive process innovation and implementation of new technologies to gain efficiency and improve accuracy.
- Develop multi-tactic communication plans and manage through implementation.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure stakeholder alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and expectations.
- Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Perform other duties as requested.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Expert user in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience using AI tools to maximize efficiency
- Understanding of database architecture, indexing strategies, normalization, and transaction management
- Proficiency in developing web-based communication strategies that support internal and external messaging goals
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed organization
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience:
- Project management experience, 2-5 years' experience
- Working Conditions:
- Full time
- Office environment
- Some travel required
- This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)
