MindUP is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven project manager to lead our work with NYC schools, coordinating with district leaders and principals along with our partnerships with the DOE and the UFT. You’ll be the key contact for educators and administrators, coordinating trainings, workshops, and events that bring MindUP to life in classrooms. We need someone who knows the NYC education landscape, builds trust easily, and keeps complex projects moving. What You’ll Do
**This position is based in NYC and includes travel to multiple in-person work sites.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison with DOE and UFT leaders, building trust and momentum.
- Plan and execute school implementations, workshops, and events.
- Coordinate a network of external trainers and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Create agendas, materials, and tailored partner resources to drive adoption.
- Track engagement, timelines, and budgets to ensure results.
- Expertise in relationship-building and partnership management
- Some knowledge of NYC’s education system, school operations, and union structures.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for large and small groups.
- Masterful organization, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Agile problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
