IPH is seeking a Senior Project Manager, to report to the IPH Chief of Staff while working directly with project sponsors and leads. The Senior Project Manager, will help build out the newly established Enterprise PMO and lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of several priority enterprise-wide business projects which will shape the future of our company. This role requires a strong sense of accountability, adaptability, and the ability to handle and prioritize several projects simultaneously. This is a unique opportunity to shape the PMO and influence enterprise strategy in a fast-growing , fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities
Engages with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepares communication materials, business cases, funding requests, and presentations to gain acceptance for strategic plans from stakeholders.
Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Builds and maintains key strategic relationships within various areas, including but not limited to operating companies and transversal functions to ensure alignment with overall strategic plans.
Leads the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication strategies.
Organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules, and determines resource requirements.
Integrates vendor tasks into project plans, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables.
Performs project risk management.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (one-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college).
8+ years of project management experience, including enterprise-level initiatives.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Six-Sigma Green Belt or above, and/or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner preferred.
Prior experience in working in a global and/or consulting environment a plus. Experience in insurance or regulated industries also a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels and influence without authority.
High emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptability, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Comfort with ambiguity and able to develop creative, practical solutions that are fit-for-purpose.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
