At Stash, our mission is to make financial opportunity accessible to everyone. We’ve built a platform that helps millions of Americans invest, save, and build long-term wealth through education, tools, and personalized guidance. Today, more than 6 million customers rely on Stash to take control of their financial future.

We believe the best way to serve customers is through simple products, thoughtful design, and teams that are deeply committed to our mission. If you’re excited about helping people build better financial habits and expanding access to investing, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Growth Project Manager to bring structure, momentum, and cross-functional alignment to how Stash markets and grows. This is a new role, and you’ll be the connective tissue across all of Marketing including creative, lifecycle/CRM, acquisition, and social, as well as the bridge into our Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

Marketing at Stash doesn’t operate in a silo. Our most important work depends on tight coordination across Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing. You’ll own the project management and operating rhythm that keeps these teams aligned, unblocked, and shipping. From campaign concept to launch, you’ll make sure the right people, priorities, deliverables, and timelines are clear to everyone.

We’re looking for a problem solver and a self-starter who can look at every stage of a project and think critically about how to achieve the best results through strong processes and a smart, integrated approach. Being a genuinely collaborative person who enjoys working with other people is just as important as the operational skill set.

This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be on-site in our New York office at least three days per week to work with stakeholders and foster team collaboration.

What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end project management across Marketing
  • Own project management for marketing programs across lifecycle/CRM, acquisition, brand, creative, content, social, and partnerships
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives involving many internal and external stakeholders
  • Define deliverables, expectations, dependencies, and schedules, and keep every project moving toward its goals
Build a creative process teams can rely on
  • Partner with the Creative Director to continuously improve how creative work moves through the org, from request to launch
  • Manage creative projects from brief through review, feedback, and final delivery — keeping work on brief, on brand, and on schedule
  • Track creative throughput and turnaround times to spot bottlenecks and make the case for process or staffing improvements
Align cross-functionally
  • Be the connector across Marketing and the Product, Data, and Engineering teams — translating goals into shared plans and keeping everyone aligned
  • Establish a clear operating rhythm (planning cycles, stand-ups, roadmaps, intake) that keeps PDEM teams in sync on shared priorities
  • Surface dependencies and risks early, and drive them to resolution before they slow the team down
Build scalable processes and better ways of working
  • Design and continuously improve workflows, intake processes, and rituals that increase efficiency and reduce friction across teams
  • Create clear visibility into what’s in flight, what’s prioritized, and what’s at risk across the marketing portfolio
  • Introduce tooling and automation — including AI-assisted workflows — that speed up planning, reporting, and execution
  • Run effective meetings with clear agendas, owners, and next steps
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and getting things done

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience working as a project or program manager, ideally within or alongside marketing teams
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work across teams such as Product, Data, Engineering, Creative, or Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to build and improve processes that increase efficiency across multiple teams
  • Ability to influence teammates who have different perspectives, priorities, and working styles
  • Expert working knowledge of project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A get-things-done, go-getter attitude with a positive, hands-on mentality
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a must
