About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to ensure smooth execution and delivery of critical R&D projects. You will play a central role in tracking progress, identifying dependencies, communicating statuses clearly and timely, and implementing process improvements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple streams of work, and adept at providing transparency into project execution. As an essential member of our team, you will standardize processes, build insightful reports to track trends, coordinate seamless deployments, and help the organization run more predictably and efficiently.

In this role, you will:
  • Closely track ongoing R&D projects, ensuring timelines and dependencies are accurately identified and met.

  • Maintain clear and timely communication on project statuses to stakeholders.

  • Actively identify, propose, and implement improvements to enhance team processes and operational efficiency.

  • Standardize project processes, particularly around integration development, to ensure consistency and predictability.

  • Build and maintain reports that monitor production issues, enabling trend identification and proactive issue resolution.

  • Coordinate and oversee deployments, ensuring that projects go out smoothly, reliably, and on schedule.

  • Organize team events like demos and planning meetings.

  • Ensure work items (tickets, estimates, dependencies) are created, tracked, and executed efficiently.

  • Provide overall visibility into project execution and facilitate team accountability..

Success in this role requires:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in a technology or R&D environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, tracking multiple workstreams effectively.

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of maintaining detailed timelines and ensuring dependencies are managed.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster clear, timely communication among teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
