The Project Manager leads large projects, ensures timely delivery, manages client relationships, mitigates risks, and develops internal processes.
This is a remote position.
- Responsible for leading large, complex projects across multiple work streams and geographies.
- Accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of all the applicable deliverables across all work streams.
- Manage the people, process, and technology-related activities required to set up and begin operations for a new outsourcing engagement with a client.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders to ensure team alignment and actions remain in synergy.
- Manage overall internal/external client relationships throughout the various stages of the project.
- Implement business based on customer requirements and other contractual requirements.
- Support the organization by defining proper ramp plans and other timelines to achieve internal/external client expectations.
- Promote quality of work through proper project scoping, documentation, and reporting.
- Mitigate risks and financial loss by appropriately scoping requirements, preparing budgets, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain action logs, resolve issues, and conduct lessons learned for all projects, applying all learnings to future projects.
- Contribute to developing internal project management processes and mobilization of resources to improve overall capabilities.
- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
- Ensure compliance with OP360’s standard processes and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of project management experience, including client implementations
- Operations or product experience in a BPO environment is strongly preferred.
- PMP and Scrum Master certification are preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, GSuite, and Salesforce/Zoho.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to align and negotiate resources within the organization to achieve targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in leading meetings and directing stakeholders of all levels.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker, self-directed, high energy, and proactive working style.
- Effective decision-making capabilities.
- Fluent in English communication (verbal/written).
