Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Project Specialist to join our Traveling Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the timely delivery of small to medium-sized projects by coordinating team activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and objectives.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate project team activities and resources to develop and execute project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and their phases.

• Communicate project progress, status, potential risks, and mitigation plans to senior project managers, team members, and appropriate stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and awareness.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and practices by actively participating in the maintenance of security practices, procedures, and controls within your area of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience in a project coordination or program support role, with proven ability to develop and evaluate project plans under supervision.

• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals and the ability to understand technical components and processes relevant to the job.

• Proven ability in effective time management, prioritization, and written/oral communication to manage project deliverables and liaise with internal and external groups.

• A positive, professional approach with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and an ability to successfully adapt to change.
