Latch is seeking an Access Control Specialist to support the implementation of Latch’s access systems into mid-to-large sized buildings across the US. The individual will work closely with our partners to ensure they are successful at installing and supporting Latch around the country. Additionally, the individual will work closely with the support, operations and sales teams. Responsibilities:

• Technical on-site visits to support VIP clients
• Keep records of partner interactions and measure against performance KPIs
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals 

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytic and communications skills
• Excellent organizationals and time-time-management abilities
• Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, initiator, strong presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must
• 3–5 years experience working with access control and intercom systems. Knowing how to integrate access control system with 3rd party hardware such as elevators door operators, garage gates, etc.
• In depth low voltage knowledge as it pertains to access control
• Locksmith experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven training experience at a technical company (Optional)
