This is a strategic position working alongside the Customers & Partners leadership team to establish, execute and monitor ongoing programs, procedures and knowledge sustainment in their teams. The significant growth in the team’s scale, domain and functions has made the need of executing new programs and procedures essential. The ideal candidate has very strong analytical skills, and expertise in the domains of post-sale organizational structure and drivers of success. The position requires experience with cross-organization project management and will develop a bold strategy for maximizing the results and capabilities across a revenue-driving and specialized Customers & Partners team. As the Customers & Partners Program Manager, you will drive initiatives that result in lasting solutions that positively impact our business operations, customer experience, and financial outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategically partner with cross-functional VPs and their respective teams to orchestrate and implement transformational change.
  • Outline, document, and integrate customer and partner journeys and associated playbooks into the fabric of the Customer and Partners organization and Bizzabo as a whole.
  • Surface insights and opportunities for refinement with the goal of maximizing results for Bizzabo while simultaneously remaining customer & Partner centric.
  • Identify gaps that exist inside/outside the Customer & Partners team affecting team’s productivity, customer/partner experience, and financial results and present proposed solutions for consideration and prioritization.
  • Create clarity in a complex organizational environment, generate energy through a bias towards action, and deliver measurable results inside communicated timelines.
  • Consult in the creation of KPIs to monitor team and individual performance.
  • Partner closely with the Sales & Customer Operations team to drive structural improvements in systems (Salesforce & Gainsight)

Who are you:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a business operations, project or program manager role
  • You are results-oriented and strive to create order at scale 
  • You are extremely analytical: you can take a problem, analyze it, break it down into smaller blocks, and address those without losing sight of the big picture.
  • You are passionate about creating order by building and operationalizing processes, both within a team and cross functionally.
  • You are passionate about documenting everything. You don’t believe in knowledge that sits in people’s heads, and work tirelessly to ensure everything is documented and easily accessible.
  • You have excellent written & communication skills, and are comfortable directing others toward shared results; even those in a senior leadership capacity 
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment 
  • You have relevant customer, partner, and sales experiences
  • You have worked in, or have strong knowledge in the Events Industry
