Position Overview:

As a Production Associate, you will manage all aspects of the fulfillment process of all StrongArm’s current and future products. In this role you will oversee the physical delivery of products for on-time arrival, guarantee quality of all outgoing shipments, have a say in developing new procedures and production capabilities, and adhere to strict inventory and financial operations procedures. The ideal candidate for this position has an unrelenting commitment to quality, excellent organizational skills, and desire to deliver a superior product, on time. 


Essential Functions:

As a Production Associate you will be ultimately responsible for:

  • Packaging, shiping, and mechanical assembly work
  • Maintaining stock and inventory of production supplies
  • Adhering and documenting all QA procedures conducted on outgoing and incoming shipments
  • Assembly of sensitive components and conducting inbound/outbound product inspections
  • Meeting mission-critical deadlines in fast-paced environment with many responsibilities
  • Working alongside and reporting directly to the Manager of Production


Key Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Must be comfortable and able to lift packages up to 30lbs on a daily basis
  • Proficiency in mechanical tools such as power drills, adhesives, and general hardware tools
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to work and problem-solve independently and creatively
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers and the shipment process
  • Able to legally work in the US


Nice to Have:

  • Degree/experience in engineering a plus, or experience working with hardware components and assemblies
    • 1+ years in related or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in working with electrical equipment such as soldering irons and multimeters
  • Comprehension of basic supply chain practices like invoicing, inventory, and QA
