We are looking for a subject matter expert in MS Dynamics core functionality with a focus on Supply Chain Modules (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Planning), understanding of Finance area is a plus; has a solid overall understanding of integrations between different functions within enterprise solutions. Also responsible for process analysis, business requirements gathering, impact analysis and solution implementations. Proven ability to work well with internal and external business partners as well as geographically distributed teams is a must.

Candidate should know Microsoft ERP solution and product trends, understand transformation approaches from old to actual MS Dynamics Solutions, understand business benefits due to digital transformation projects. Requires strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with key business and IT stakeholders as well as demonstrate leadership by aligning with client business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Share business values of new MS Dynamics solutions to a customer and can prove design and prove new system architecture to achieve business goals
  • Be accountable for the technical leadership regarding the delivery. Ensuring a sound and future proof architecture is planned and the implementation meets the technical quality standards
  • Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work, driving discovery and workshops
  • Provide organizational change management process as part digital transformation program
  • Proactively gather feedback from the key business users, understand the business and system gaps. Make recommendations and lead implementations for enhancements
  • Form and support any internal and external processes that will help increase software delivery efficiency and quality
  • Assist business leaders and senior IT management in leading the organization in the identification, evaluation, and selection of MS Dynamics solutions using industry best practices. Identify, analyze, and communicate possible options, making recommendations to management. Effectively communicate to the appropriate audience and build consensus around the recommended solutions
  • Provide organizational change management process as part digital transformation program
  • Manage customer expectations and relationship, address customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the project team
  • Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects; develop project plan incorporating all project variables
  • Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs
  • Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production as per selected delivery model
  • Preform price benchmarks and cost estimation and modeling of various technologies for consideration
  • Measure and improve delivery productivity
  • Build delivery timelines for multiple streams, analyzing internal/external dependencies

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Planning), Finance
  • Understanding of all functional areas\modules
  • Understanding of integration points and integration tools
  • Strong knowledge of implementation and roll-out approaches
  • Understanding of extensions principles and options
  • Understanding of migration process and approach
  • Knowledge of deployment options including Cloud and on-prem options
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft project implementation methodologies
  • Understanding of CI\CD approach
  • Strong experience working with distributed teams
  • Profound experience in onshore, nearshore and offshore outsourcing and delivery models
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology for ERP implementations
  • Experience in governing project delivery across the board of all stakeholders
  • Experience and up-to-date knowledge of design and implementation of end-to-end solutions with Continuous Delivery/Deployment pipelines
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines
  • Advanced planning and management skills
  • Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
  • Facilitate planning, discovery and workshops
  • Excellent English communications skills
  • Preferable commutable distance to NY City area; up to 50% of domestic or international
