Essential Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performance development team creating innovative solutions for the home security and automation markets. You will use your managerial and technical skills to design and implement products for the North American and European residential markets.
Job Duties:
In this position, you will manage all aspects of the offering’s development; interacting with the product management, test and manufacturing teams to deliver solutions that secure our user’s homes and enhance their lives through seamless home automation. You will be expected to provide leadership, technical work review, direction, and mentoring for local and remote development resources.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience managing embedded firmware developments
- 3+ years of experience developing software in Linux
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment
- 5+ years of experience with the development and implementation of automated test strategies
WE VALUE:
- Experience developing Bluetooth related applications
- Experience with the Apple Homekit certification process
- Experience with embedded Linux environments such as Raspberry PI
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and relate well with others
- Experience with the security and/or home automation markets
