General Summary:

This is a very exciting opportunity to take on a global role that leads the articulation and implementation of WW Program components through others across multiple countries. As our Global Program Lead, you will play a key role as a subject matter expert on WW's programs for weight management and wellness and will support the organization by liaising closely with organization-wide departments and Program Leads across each market to ensure consistent dissemination of the program around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize the articulation and dissemination of the WW Program across the globe which will require the coordination, communication, collaboration and integration of the work of internal WW teams including Product, Marketing, Content, Learning and Development and Public Relations.
    • Lead various work streams to ensure market consistency across the globe, for example the standardization of Program content in the studio and online.
  • Understand how Program fundamentals and behavioral principals align together and ensure that these principals are reflected in the Program consistently across the globe. Each Program lead in each market will report into this role as a dotted line. This role will need to ensure that the market program leads are effectively communicating Program-related messaging across their respective markets and that all messaging/directions is being executed effectively and accurately.
  • Manage studio and online communications regarding all Program components, including but not limited to nutrition expertise, FAQ's, etc.
  • Remain updated on the progress of all Program-related workstreams throughout the organization to ensure timely communication and dissemination through each market. This role will coordinate a number of meetings quarterly to advise colleagues on Program news – some international travel will be required in order to understand what is happening locally within each market.
  • Review/create content & collateral including; presentations, training material, topic briefs, Program material, website and digital content and internal communications regarding the Program. Role would be responsible for global science-based curriculum/topics that are executed in workshops and digitally
  • Build relationships and work seamlessly with colleagues across the company, and ensure that relationships are built with credibility and trust. Influence their thinking, tempering and enlightening when required.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5-7 years relevant work experience in the wellness or weight management field
  • A good appreciation for science in areas of wellness and weight management via standard behavioral therapy, clinical psychology, physical activity, nutrition, public health etc.
  • Hands on experience and a current knowledge of the wellness and weight loss arena; from an understanding of new techniques relating to behavior modification to direct experience working with participants in a wellness and/or weight management program
  • People management experience desired, and helpful. This role will need to influence a number of dotted line reports and potentially direct line reporting relationships.
  • Have outstanding communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be intellectually curious and open to innovation, but maintain objectivity and challenge when necessary to ensure that the focus remains on the scientific foundation in which the brand is built.
  • Significant ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals across the organization
  • Able to take complex principles and translate these into everyday terms and understanding
  • Relevant academic qualifications
