Bonobos is seeking an energetic and resourceful IT Project Manager that will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and execution of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

As our IT Project Manager, you will maintain information technology strategies by managing staff, researching and implementing technological strategic solutions, and help drive IT projects across the company. Reporting to our Director of IT, you will be the main resource for all projects, helping keep deadlines, delivering on-time results, and executing with the resources available to you.
What you’ll do…
- Develop project plans, goals, budgets and resource allocations
- Define project schedules, identify resources and monitor progress
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Create and manage all project documentation
- Accomplish project results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Lead new Guideshop location openings (our retail stores) by adhering to store timelines, deploying and managing team members and vendors to deliver on milestones
- Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
- Aide in technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes
- Verify project results by conducting audits of technologies implemented
- Be responsible for developing schedules and methods for measuring results
- Guide and perform strategic analysis for projects
- Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
- Assemble and coordinate project team members and assign individual responsibilities
- Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications
- Keep up with the latest technologies and engage in key company projects

- Have 2+ years of experience within Information Technology in a production environment
- Are detailed-oriented, resourceful and self-sufficient
- Thrive in collaborative environments
- Possess technical prowess with a variety of hardware and software skills
- Have a high level of comfort in both a Mac and Windows environment
- Have the ability to remain calm under pressure and partner with coworkers at all levels of a company
- Are an effective communicator (both verbal and written) with users, team members, stakeholders and vendors
