WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the execution—from analysis, design, and planning to development, launch, monitoring and documentation, reporting—of a growing portfolio of AdTech programs and projects
• Working in a fast-paced enterprise organization. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
• Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's degree in Computer Science
• Experience in mobile development
• 6+ years of software-related project and/or product management experience preferably with digital businesses
• Experience as tech project, product or program manager within Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated success influencing senior business management
• Evidence-driven analytical mindset that prefers measurable outcomes to hyperbole
• Experience in digital advertising, mobile apps and/or web-based technologies
• Hands-on experience with some form of software programming, whether scripting, SQL, analytics or advanced languages
• Experience leading ad product development for mobile apps, OTT apps, outstream/instream video, and/or web pages
• Experience with Javascript and HTML concepts and practices
