We are looking for an Onboarding & Enablement Associate to join the Provider Operations team. The Provider Operations team mission is to build and empower the most diverse, high-quality provider community to drive member delight and clinical outcomes. The Onboarding & Enablement Associate will be responsible for supporting all provider onboarding, training, and ongoing education. This role will report to the Manager of Onboarding & Enablement.
What you'll be doing:
- Serve as a main point of contact for onboarding and newly onboarded providers
- Manage provider data input across relevant systems & tracking documents
- Track provider onboarding progress and motivate providers to complete in a timely manner
- Liaise with the Quality & Compliance team to ensure proper credentialing of providers
- Troubleshoot providers’ technical issues; provide solutions and re-training as needed
- Manage ad hoc provider communications, operational task, and analysis as needed
- Support the Provider Operations team as we continue to strive for efficiency via process, tools, communication
- As the role evolves, support the creation of training materials and learning strategy
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in a related role; experience in education is a plus!
- Outstanding written & verbal communication, solid organization skills, high attention to detail, polished presentation skills
- A thoughtful and collaborative approach, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Humility, resourcefulness, ambition, professionalism
- Demonstrated passion for, and understanding of, mental health and the broader U.S. healthcare system is a plus
- Experience with ZenDesk a plus!
