About the Role
Riskified Partner Program Manager is an integral part of the Global Partner team and is a key position to help grow our partner business and support the investment in this important business channel.
In the Partner Program Manager role, you will own the development and operation of specific programs that help partners accelerate their Riskified relationship and produce mutual success with merchants.
You will work cross-functionally to build and scope requirements for programs that will solve partner and merchant challenges. The ideal candidate has experience with program development, working cross-functionally, reporting, training and communicating to a variety of audiences and is highly organized. The Partner Program Manager must have the ability and initiative to understand complex business needs and solve them with programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with business, sales, marketing, technical and operations stakeholders to understand and address partner challenges.
- Take feedback from the partner ecosystem to implement, operate, and deliver against program goals.
- Leverage your channel knowledge to solve highly complex business challenges through programmatic solutions including working with technical stakeholders on program design.
- Develop proposals for new initiatives including return on investment profile and financial analysis.
- Operationalize a global partner program with a focus on program recruitment and adoption, reporting, feature roadmap, and problem resolution.
- Work with subject matter experts, partners, and other stakeholders to develop internal content that meets audience and program requirements in creative and engaging ways.
- Work with cross functional groups including Operations, Enablement, Marketing Business Development and Sales teams to build enablement programs that allow strategic partners to develop capabilities and achieve proficiency according to program requirements.
- Develop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand customer and partner needs, gaps, and opportunities
- Build and execute a communications strategy to stakeholders including ownership of business cadence
- Measure and report effectiveness of program
- Own goals/performance reporting
Qualifications
- Ability to build consensus, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and different levels of management.
- Proven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPIs, and success measures.
- Comfortable partnering with managers and senior leaders to drive program and project execution.
