We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and driven Procurement Manager to join our rapidly expanding Finance organization. You will play a critical role in driving strategic supplier relationships, savings and implementing strong processes and controls to help support Compass’s rapid growth.

At Compass You Will:

• Drive profit improvement through best sourcing, process improvements, demand management and other opportunities
• Plan and execute strategic sourcing projects to deliver exceptional cost value assurance, with continuous performance improvement and reviews
• Manage fact-based RFP processes with business owners for major sourcing initiatives
• Negotiate contract terms, and work with Legal through execution of contracts
• Develop category strategies with key stakeholders for best cost effective experience for agents and employees
• Analyze supplier strength and capabilities. Identify new suppliers as needed, and manage the transition plans for business continuity
• Manage vendor contracts company-wide, and ensure all procurement is executed on negotiated rates

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with purchase to pay (P2P) and procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract management
• Ability to lead and influence change in the face of complexity and ambiguity and chart a critical path
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• MBA and other relevant degree /certification (e.g., ISM CPSM or Six Sigma) highly desirable
• Experience with Coupa is preferred
• Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to key user needs
• Team player with strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshalling resources across different functions of an organization; ability to effectively resolve stakeholder differences
• Ability to lead by influencing others, without the need to project formal authority, especially in cross-functional and executive settings
• Self-starter, positive attitude, zero ego, and ability to problem-solve under minimal supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail
• Must understand complex business models and strategy
• Proactive, always seeking additional responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and procedures
