Job Description Summary

The Project Coordinators (Finalization) primary purpose is to ensure a review and final check of the deliverables for any given project they assist with.

This is a part-time, hourly (30 hours/week) position.

Major Responsibilities

  • Comparing the translated document to the original source. 
  • Adhering to country-specific formatting requirements.
  • Ensuring the deliverable meets all client preferences noted in the project management system.
  • Managing case flow, using Park standard processes and tools. 
  • Operating with a medium level of support and intervention from the Project Management team and the Director, including recognizing and escalating in a timely manner any issues beyond their control.
  • Completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as assigned.
  • Keeping the Country Specific reference information up-to-date.
  • Working with in country Filing agents to stay on top of the latest requirements.
  • Reviewing documents for errors and omissions (as a QA step). 
  • Completing DTP tasks, as needed.

Other Required Skills

  • Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret requests as well as effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of co-workers, managers, clients, and vendors in English.
  • Mathematical: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts & percentages.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions. Close attention to detail.
  • Other: Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. A positive, open-minded team player attitude. Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent relevant experience.
