The Opportunity

Do you want to be a part of a tight team that identifies pivotal growth opportunities for TheGuarantors and aligns cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation?  

You’ll report to the VP of Strategy and work with a broad group of product managers, designers, engineers and data scientists to scale TheGuarantors to millions of renters. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning multiple projects and initiatives related to new product launches, and aligning multiple teams and stakeholders. 

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Manage the strategy for TG's new product offering. Working to achieve both conversion as well as developing our brand and messaging
• Build market and competitive analyses to support initiatives related to addressing white space (e.g., geographic expansion, SMB segment)
• Support communication with investors and other capital partners
• Organize large, cross-functional groups of people to deliver on the team’s mission.
• Communicate concisely and influence outcomes
• Partner closely with the different Product teams to identify and size opportunities, identify potential partnership, and devise go-to-market strategies
• Help define new products and features by working closely with engineering, design, data and operations to launch them
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, Sales, and partner with other Product Managers

Why We'll Love You

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution in a related field, which may include Business, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high growth startup, or corporate strategy
• Ability to come to the NYC office (FiDi) in person 2-3 days a week

Bonus Points

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, real estate, proptech
• Exposure to M&A processes
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup
• PMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in the New York headquarters from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required as business demands dictate.
