Bonobos is looking for a Project Manager - Store Design to help support our rapidly expanding Guideshop business.

As Project Manager - Store Design at Bonobos, you'll take the lead on managing the pre-construction process for the Guideshop location roll-out program, which includes design development, store planning, procurement of owner furnished items and support the construction program and store opening process. Reporting to our Senior Guideshop Designer & Project Manager, you'll manage new store design from schematic drawings to construction documents in order to maintain a successful store opening program that opens all stores on time and within budget. Curiosity, creativity, and communication skills are key attributes for this role as you will be leading design conversations and maintaining relationships with all external consultants (think designers, architects, engineers & suppliers!) and internal partners to create store plans that are functional, design-oriented and represent the Bonobos brand.

Internally, you'll work with the Bonobos Visual Merchandising team to select all furnishings and artwork and procure as required for store openings and oversee communication with the Bonobos Design and Creative teams to streamline all input to be incorporated into the design.

• Have 3-5 years experience in retail store development, planning and/or design
• Are an organized and self-motivated individual who is dedicated to seeing their designs come to life in a thoughtful and resolved way
• Are creative and interested in developing unique and thoughtful plan layouts, storefront designs, and fixturing solutions
• Will identify all landlord and municipality plan approval requirements and durations and partner with the architect to generate packages for LL and Permit submission
• Know how to create bid packages for all owner furnished items including millwork fixtures, storefront, furnishings, lighting, low voltage and signage
• Are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with little to no supervision
• Thrive in a high energy budget- and schedule-driven environment
• Are open to some domestic travel
