About the role

If process-driven yet practically flexible doesn’t sound like an oxymoron to you, keep reading! We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to set up and manage our internal creative process. You will report to the VP of Brand Experience and sit within our creative team. Day-to-day, you will help us manage timelines and stakeholders across projects, lead and structure the way briefs come in, and work with regional leads on integrated planning. Ultimately, you will lead the machine that scales quality creative.

What you’ll do

• Help shape and implement the end-to-end creative process 
• Work with managers to prioritize projects efficiently
• Define service-level agreements internally 
• Proactively identify roadblocks and trim workflows when needed
• Champion efficiency and scale, maintaining maximum attention to detail

What we’re looking for

• Integrated project management experience. You know planning/production for print, digital, broadcast, and everything in-between. (Agency experience preferred)
• Amazing communication skills. You can synthesize big ideas, share them across multiple disciplines, and update all parties in a timely fashion.
• Curiosity. You’re always asking insightful questions and never complacent.
• Relationship management. You can read between the lines, give great feedback, and level stakeholder expectations.
• Organization. You’re an expert in project management software and frameworks. (Monday.com and Agile are a plus)
• E-commerce experience. You know consumers and can tailor deliverables accordingly.
