What We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager to join our growing Engineering team. The Project Manager will manage our Agile development process and execution across a suite of tools and products. The PM will be responsible for delivering features on time, with given resources, so that the outcome matches expectations of external and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager manages the development by aligning available resources and managing issues and risks. As the Project Manager, you will have a seat at the center of the business, product, and technical teams at DeepIntent.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Management: Create, maintain, and distribute any follow up notes from meetings and project updates. Capture all action items, project owners, and due dates, in an effort to maintain proper time management and milestone delivery

Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing list of external partners, integrations, and vendors. Oversee stakeholder management and feel comfortable setting expectations for joint projects with external parties

US Team Availability & Resources: Assist with project planning and resources allocation for US and India teams. Supervise ongoing load tracker for US Engineering team

Project Management Process Improvements: Work with remote PM (India) to enforce cross-team adoption of existing project management workflow/framework. Familiarity with Agile development and product delivery. Continuously measure and improve project performance

Product Roadmap Updates: Maintain ongoing familiarity with Product Roadmap. Deliver weekly/monthly progress reports and raise awareness of any resourcing risks when appropriate

KPIs: Ensure timely project delivery and the velocity of the Engineering team

Who You Are:

  • You are detail oriented and organized, with flexibility to work on diverse projects and clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in communicating and presenting complex ideas in a clear way to non-technical audiences 
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working with a mixture of in-house and outsourced or offshore teams
  • Experience of stakeholder management in a matrixed environment
  • Able to apply sound judgment to make decisions in line overall development strategy and process
  • Experience of working in a start-up environment and across all stages of the product life-cycle
  • Bias towards action, and a demonstrated ability to break down work and identify the highest value, lowest-effort items
  • Have “know how” of user experience and usability, and be able to apply it to the product

What You’ve Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or Bachelor’s degree in a non-technology related field with 3+ years work experience in a technology-related field.
  • 3+ years experience working in a relevant field
  • PMP Certification desired, but not required
  • Experience working with the Agile project management process, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Detailed knowledge of Agile development practices and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact features at scale
  • Experience of using analytical tools to monitor success of features and influence changes to the product
