As a Project Manager on the Operations team you will help create structure and organization for cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at various levels, including, product development, supply chain, retail, marketing, growth, design, legal, and clinical.

What You'll Do:
- Build, maintain, and communicate project plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies from the cross-functional team. Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies and provide escalation management throughout the project (specifically for new Dermatology product launches and retail partnership projects, among others)
- Work across operations, marketing, design, growth, product, medical, and legal teams to scope technical and content requirements for new products and deliver against project timelines
- Proactively identify challenges or roadblocks and work with team members/supervisor to resolve
- Provide routine and clear project updates both in written and verbal form
- Lead internal meetings (eg, discovery, kick-off, status meetings, etc.)
- Contact/maintain relationships with outside vendors and other external partners
- Build and maintain knowledge of the Ro ecosystems (including brand, condition, and treatment familiarity as well as an overall understanding of business strategy)
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a project manager, project coordinator, or product launch manager
- Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams, specifically operations and marketing
- An understanding of waterfall and agile project management
- Extreme attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset
- A multi-tasker who is able to prioritize tasks and remain productive while balancing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proficient with spreadsheet applications, timeline development, Gantt charts, and project management software
- Strong sense of professionalism and ability to create trust with internal and external partners.

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Top-of-the-line communication skills, connecting effectively over email, chat, phone, and in-person as appropriate with both internal and external stakeholders
- A strong desire to improve the state of healthcare and have a personal connection to the space

- Curious mindset - you aren’t afraid to ask questions to get clarity on the task at hand and willing to persevere to resolve any ambiguity
- Bonus: experience in the dermatology field and/or new product development at a direct-to-consumer or consumer goods company as well as experience coordinating packaging production timelines
