Retail Communications & Project Coordinator

Casper’s Retail team is looking for a Retail Communications & Project Coordinator. This position will write and manage communications to the retail fleet along with informing and maintaining project deadlines. The Retail Communications & Project Coordinator will report into the Retail Sr Program Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams that impact retail including but not limited to Visual Merchandising, Learning & Development, Operations, and IT/Tech.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
- In charge of curating, writing and auditing all communications to the retail fleet inclusive of both operational and creative content.
- Ensure that all communication is structured and shared in a way that makes it easy for the store team. In some instances you will be responsible for writing the communication yourself; other times, cross-functional partners will write the communication per the guidelines you set.
- Keep retail’s resource base up to date with the latest company information
- Update and train team on latest system updates - specifically for project management and communication software
- Write and disseminate retail team recaps and updates to cross functional teams
- Enforce deadlines and provide guidance on project roadmapping
Our dream candidate is...
- 1-2 years experience with project management and/or communications
- Possess written and verbal communication skills that are clear, concise and have the ability to distill complex information simply for store audiences in both creative and operational manners.
- Proactive self-starter with keen attention to detail
- Team player who is constantly looking to improve ways of working
- Comfortable communicating across employee levels
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
