What this role is about:

We are growing our Sales Enablement team and looking for our next learning and sales star enabler! Have a read below to find what this role entails and if this could be a great fit for you.

This role is the right hand to the Sales Enablement Global Lead, where you’ll have exposure to both the planning and implementation of our Sales Enablement strategy and have the opportunity to be an integral part of Peakon’ big growth plans for 2021.

  • Contribute to maintaining and developing our global sales training programs, including sales methodology, sales onboarding and sales certifications
  • Collaborate with extended Sales support teams (marketing, product, sales operations etc…) to ensure content is up-to-date
  • Own and manage Peakon Learning Management System (WorkRamp) from a Sales Enablement perspective
  • Own the scheduling training events, onboarding calendars and sales certifications
  • Understand sales data and monitor key sales metrics with the view of aligning sales enablement effort to real-time needs
  • Provide feedback on regional sales capabilities and how we can improve sales individual performance
  • Support seasonal &/or regional events such as Sales Kick-offs or lunch & learn
  • Collaborate with the wider SalesOps function which covers Bid Management, RevOps and Sales Engineering, and who all play an active role in the success of our revenue functions
  • Work with Global functions across the US, APAC and EMEA to ensure that each region is supported by staying close to the needs of each market so flexibility is required.

Requirements

What this role needs from you:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and plan effectively
  • The ability to be agile by nature, and comfortable with the ambiguity inherent to fast growing companies and change
  • Comfortable with sharing ideas, taking initiatives and learning from projects that did not go according to plan
  • A passion for supporting others becoming A-players
  • The ability to bring content to life through strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • A background in sales as an individual contributor/manager or experience in a sales enablement role
  • Sales Coaching ability, or a desire to learn sales coaching
  • Experience in one or more of the Sales Methodologies (Challenger Sales, Miller Heiman, Solution Selling, Value Selling, QUIS selling, MEDDIC, etc … non-exhaustive list)
  • A good understanding of sales metrics and salesforce
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Be comfortable with technology and able to relate technical features to business value
  • Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS) a plus
  • Experience in e-learning, video editing and virtual facilitation is definitely a plus
