What this role is about: 

As a Senior Program Manager you will report directly to the Chief of Staff within the Office of the CEO and will play a key role in executing on the company’s expansion strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally with all teams in the organization to drive and support the execution of initiatives designed to drive the company’s growth. You’ll excel in this role if you are excited about wearing multiple hats at once, are self-motivated and have low ego, and thrive at solving strategic challenges.

What you’ll do:

• Build strong working relationships with business partners from diverse functions (this is a highly cross-functional role, so a humble attitude and a high instinct for collaboration are essential)

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics and other operational projects

• Independently manage a large scale cross-functional program by developing detailed project plans with activity based milestones

• Improve operational excellence and create efficiency and simplicity by removing obstacles, enabling the organization to achieve results by effectively embodying the ‘urgency’ value

• Actively find, track and remove impediments to the Team’s throughput and barriers to project completion

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Program Management and Operations experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment

• 5+ years’ work experience in a strategic or analytical role, or experience supporting executive teams

• Ability to shape end to end business programs with articulated missions, charters, performance criteria, and stakeholder buy-in.

• Adaptable, curious, and ready to embrace change in dynamic environments.

• A self-starter, motivated by continuously solving hard problems.

• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and toggling between strategic and detail modes seamlessly

• Experience working closely with senior executives and driving results with people at all levels

• Demonstrated problem solving experience with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets

• Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
