Sr. Program Analyst– New York, NY

  • What is a Sr. Program Analyst?
    • The Sr Program Analyst will assist by delivering on strategy and operational guidance for the Analytic Solutions Unit in alignment with the strategic vision for the company. This individual will be facilitating measurement campaigns across 6-8 walled garden accounts priority accounts. Identify workflow and use cases based on up to 20 studies per account. Take ownership of projects, serving as facilitator and champion, partnering with key stakeholders to structure approach, improve visibility and ensure alignment across the business unit and company. 
  • What you will be doing:
    • Develop and present detailed solutions against client needs.
    • Maintain account engagement by reviewing and analyzing select customer activity on a regular basis.
    • Identify and address strategic business issues and opportunities. Partner with BD manager, Sales and Partner account teams to mature those opportunities
    • Appropriate program management reports, including but not limited to project plans, timelines, milestone charts, state of the account reports, opportunity reports and risk assessments.
    • Act as liaison between internal Neustar teams to insure timely activation of measurement studies, data syncs and integrations
    • Identifying and delivering further revenue generating opportunities.
  • What we would love to see:
    • Technical and client facing solution deployment expertise and the proven ability to develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures that ensure superior products and customer solutions.
    • 3-5 years of experiences in a client facing role with emphasis on advertising and data management.
    • Experience as an active participant in the pre-sales process from sales calls through proposals, and capable of providing alternative solutions to customers as necessary
    • Experience with KPI tracking and measurement, as well as reporting to senior and executive management on project, business, and client KPIs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate Neustar’s service portfolio of solutions at all levels
    • Excellent customer focus and client relationship management skills
    • Strong project and people management experience
    • Experience acting as the operations resource internally as well as the trusted advisor for the client base
    • Provide expertise in defining and delivering revenue generating solutions and services to both clients and partners.
