Your Impact on our Mission:
We are looking for an experienced implementation leader to join the Technical Implementation team. Your work will play a vital role in helping add stability, performance measurement, and organization to our team. You will help establish and maintain the processes, workflows, and performance benchmarks for implementing Zocdoc’s proprietary synchronizer technology for our most important customers. You will report to the Senior Manager of Integrations that oversees Zocdoc’s technical support teams, and your day to day will include managing our team of project specialists responsible for implementing our technical solutions for Zocdoc clients.

Your day to day is…
- Leading a team of project managers responsible for implementing Zocdoc’s proprietary synchronizer technology for Zocdoc’s highest value clients
- Organizing and at times, executing to completion of emergency or high pressure projects
- Collaborating with client success and implementation teams to ensure the smoothest onboarding experience for Zocdoc clients
- Facilitating organizational changes across the technical implementation team, introducing project performance benchmarks and client product performance benchmarks
- Partnering with engineering teams to introduce new synchronizations with Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Practice Management Systems (PMS) companies across Zocdoc‘s technical support team(s)
- Communicating process changes to partner teams, and creating and updating related internal documentation
- Executing on some administrative tasks like running multiple weekly meetings, Jira/Monday.com configuration and reporting, and compiling regular project performance reports on a set cadence
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- A passion for people, community, and our mission of giving power to the patient.
- 4+ years of experience working in a project management capacity
- 2+ years of experience managing project managers and/or a technical services team
- Experience in defining and managing client support processes and developing KPIs
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and customer success teams
- Experience storytelling with data, including direct experience with SQL, Tableau, Salesforce reporting, or similar data-focused tools
- An ability to dissect and organize data to optimize process and workloads
- Experience utilizing project management software such as JIRA or Monday.com

Return to Office
The safety and health of our team members is our top priority. As local case numbers and regulations allow, our NYC office will be accessible to all fully vaccinated employees five days a week, though working in-office remains completely voluntary; everyone is invited but nobody is required to work in the office.
