We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Team the People Team!
What you’ll do:
Take ownership of technology development synergy across the PeopleTech team of experienced and talented HRIS and Analytics resources
Apply a foundational understanding of research, development, infrastructure, and systems to recognize issues and risks, provide expert solutions to tough problems, build frameworks for success in the PeopleTech team, and drive scheduled completion of projects
Inspire research, development, and infrastructure teams across the company to produce their best work
Apply hands-on research and engineering expertise to foster innovation and technology development
Deliver a realistic picture of projects’ technological scope and progress
Efficiently track research and development schedules, ensuring technology quality
Manage project development costs while prioritizing project tasks and risks
Simplify and minimize technology complexity
Drive partners and integrate deliverables into projects
Communicate project statuses to project teams and leadership
Provide honest, fact-based analysis
Foster an open and collaborative environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
A relationship builder with natural verbal and written communication skills
Strong research and/or technical background
Experience in project schedule management and work breakdown structures
Capacity to work in a fast paced, continuously changing environment
A demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively (sets clear goals, identifies roadblocks, designs solutions, and tracks progress against deadlines)
Ability to take calculated risks to achieve engineering breakthroughs
Someone who can prioritize, focus, and be an independent thinker and problem solver
Someone who leads by example
An individual who is self-motivated and driven and has demonstrated commitment to take accountability and responsibility for success of large programs
Experience with Google G-Suite
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of Technical Program Management (TPM) experience
BSCS, MSCS, BSEE, similar technical degree, or equivalent years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday experience desired
Tableau, BigQuery, Alteryx experience
Experience working with Human Resources/People Teams
Asana or other project management tool experience
The minimum target salary for this position in Colorado is $120,000
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance award
This position is eligible to receive ongoing equity grants.
