Technical Program Manager

The technical program manager provides leadership in organization, planning and coordination for the engineering team. An ideal candidate possesses business & technical acumen and can coordinate roadmap development and execution amongst many stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of multiple technology roadmaps
• Articulate priority and timelines to business focused stakeholders
• Work with the architecture group to align with needs of the organization’s technical infrastructure
• Report roadmap execution to various management levels of the company
• Provide the primary interface between engineering and our compliance and information security departments

Skills Needed

• 7+ years experience in a technical field such as web development, mobile development, data engineering and/or technical operations
• 4+ years experience as a product manager, project manager or program manager
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple backlogs and surfacing technical dependencies between them
• Depth in the Agile Process of software delivery
• Experience working with stakeholders across several priorities simultaneously
• Work experience in regulated industry 
• Experience in fast growing and fast paced growth companies
• Experience with solution engineering is advantageous
• Familiarity of AWS is advantageous
