Your Role at Bread

• Creating project plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines
• Identification of workstreams and key workstream leads
• Identifying and managing potential risks
• Identify and track issue and issue resolution
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
• Coordination and communications across technical project teams, management, and other stakeholders
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage documentation
• Work multiple projects simultaneously

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of direct technical project management experience
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in agile teams
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
