At White Ops, we’re all hackers. This doesn’t mean you have to hold a key to the internet (although one of our founders does!), but it does require approaching problems in unconventional ways. We are attacking criminal botnets through the ad fraud that finances their operations. Our proprietary technology detects and prevents sophisticated online fraud. By reducing the incentives for crime, we are making the internet a better place. Our mighty team of humans have several things in common:

We are hackers.

We create tau for ourselves and each other.

We think big and move fast.

We practice humility.

We “pwn it”.

White Ops keeps the internet safe by fighting organized cybercrime. Our products accurately detect and prevent even the most sophisticated bots and our customers include some of the web's largest and most forward-thinking companies.

White Ops is in search for a project manager to join our team to help drive large complex technical projects impacting multiple teams. In this role you will manage and document all aspects of the project you are working on. You will work closely with people at different levels of the organization to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on track.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager or consultant

  • Technical background and understanding of technical product integrations

  • Experience with cybersecurity or fraud projects a plus

  • Strong analytical skills to be able to problem solve during a typical workday

  • Ability to align multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong leadership skills to keep project members motivated and maintain project constraints

  • General understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem preferred

  • Strong writing and communication skills for internal communications regarding project status, meeting outcomes, and process documents

  • Proactive work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Positive attitude with a proven ability to foster relationships

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate, facilitate, and manage technical project activities with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and comprehensive completion.
  • Communicate overall status of projects, issues and potential project risks.

  • Collaborate with internal employees to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.

  • Ensure objectives are met as the project evolves.

  • Help prepare project timeframes and schedules.

  • Provide application users with technical support of various systems.

  • QA various data processes.

We understand it takes a diverse team of highly intelligent, passionate, curious, and creative people to solve the challenges involved in protecting the Internet. Our dynamic team of humans have incredible perspectives to share, just as we know you do, and we take great pride in being an equal opportunity workplace.
