Job Mission:

The mission of the Product Team is to lead development of the market leading product for Provider Network Management. More specifically the Technical Project Manager - Implementation is to take ownership of project execution and enable the engineering team to deliver products by providing project planning, organization and clear communication across engineering and stakeholders. 

Outcomes: 

  1. Project Management 
  • Facilitate and lead various scrum ceremonies (i.e., daily standups, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demonstrations) along with tracking and updating activities (tickets, notes, delivery timelines etc.)
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and internal SMEs to identify, define and document project requirements, scope, timeline, objectives, risks and constraints
  • Implementation Focus
    • Able to navigate multiple streams of incoming client requirements, compartmentalize them, and partner with the Product team to find / plan solutions.
    • Collaborate with implementation team and clients to provider transparency into engineering progress on solutions 
  • Enable the engineering team to execute on the roadmap
    • Lead requirements gathering and development of use cases, user stories including acceptance criteria
    • Share context to overall project goals and client needs to engineering team 
    • Manage balance of development between scalable architecture, innovation, reduction of technical debt and bug support
  • Communicate status clearly: progress, setbacks, and tradeoffs across management and stakeholders
    • Provide consistent, targeted updates to team members across the organization based on their roles & goals
    • Leverage our weekly all-hands meeting and demos as opportunities to communicate updates broadly
    • Hide no problems or risks. Be clear about what’s going well and where there are issues with the projects you’re managing.

    Qualifications: 

    1. 5+ years as a technical project manager
    2. Must have managed agile development teams for at least 3 years
    3. 3+ years experience with complex products / integrations of B2B software implementations
    4. Scrum master certification is a plus
    5. Experience building SaaS products
    6. Experience creating and presenting process flowcharts, wireframes, and decks to convey ideas internally and to clients and prospects, including C-suite leaders
    7. Familiarity with enterprise software platforms that make use of technologies like workflow, messaging, APIs, relational and nonrelational databases, data warehouses, and business intelligence.
