About Conduit Health

Conduit Health is transforming one of the most outdated corners of post-acute care: getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients' homes. We're the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform uniting ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one experience. We closed a Series A led by Drive Capital in early 2026 and are scaling fast.

The Role

We're hiring a Clinical Recruiter to build the engine that finds, engages, and signs the clinicians who power our telehealth practice. Our growth is gated by how fast we can put high-quality providers in front of patients, and that pipeline is yours. You'll own sourcing from first touch to signed contract, then hand off cleanly to Credentialing so providers go live fast.

What You'll Do

  • Own provider sourcing end to end: build and run the pipeline for 1099 and eventually W-2 telehealth clinicians across multiple states.

  • Run high-volume outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, automated sequences, and tools like Juicebox to hire mostly NPs and MDs.

  • Screen candidates for clinical quality, licensure, and state coverage.

  • Build and maintain the recruiting infrastructure in Ashby: workflows, sourcing playbooks, and pipeline reporting.

  • Forecast hiring need with Clinical Operations and consistently hit aggressive targets.

  • Track and report funnel metrics (conversion, time-to-sign, time-to-live) and improve them.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in recruiting or sourcing, with real experience recruiting NPs, MDs and other high-volume, licensed talent.

  • Experience setting up a complete recruitment practice for a startup environment.

  • Track record building pipelines and hitting aggressive hiring targets in a high-growth environment.

  • Familiar with clinician licensing and credentialing requirements.

  • Strong relationship with our Licensing and Credentialing Specialist to ensure onboarding is smooth.

  • Hands-on sourcing skill: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, automated outreach.

  • A candidate experience that makes providers want to join.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with W-2 clinician models and credentialing timelines.

  • Experience with Ashby and sourcing automation.

Our Values

  • Excellence, Not Perfection — results that matter, not polish for its own sake.

  • Urgency, Not Chaos — fast, paired with clarity.

  • Systems, Not One-Offs — fix the root cause so it never returns.

  • Committed, Not Just Here — engaged, proactive, above and beyond.

  • Crush Goals, Not Souls — serious about the work, not ourselves.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Hybrid (New York office). Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays. Direct mentorship from senior leadership.

Equal Opportunity

Conduit Health is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.

Location: New York City | Type: Full time | Hybrid | Department: Operations
