Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Brand Advisor to deliver an elevated in-store experience and support overall store performance. This role is responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and executing daily store operations with a strong attention to detail.
As a Brand Advisor, you will play a key role in bringing the brand to life through meaningful client interactions, product knowledge, and a well-maintained store environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building genuine connections and providing personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store goals
- Execute daily operational tasks including replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while minimizing wait time and supporting a seamless checkout experience
- Support overall store operations by following company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient environment
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, collaborative, and results-driven with a positive attitude
Benefits
- The hourly salary range for this position is $17.00 to $23.00 per hour
