Job Description

NextShining is seeking a confident and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to support our communication initiatives, client relationships, and public-facing activities.

In this role, you will assist with coordinating communication projects, preparing materials, supporting events and campaigns, maintaining professional relationships, and helping ensure that company messaging remains clear and consistent.

This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization, and an interest in communications, public relations, client relations, and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of public relations initiatives and communication projects.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, written materials, reports, and internal communications.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate meetings, promotional activities, events, and company initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records of ongoing projects, communications, and deadlines.
  • Assist the team with research related to clients, markets, events, and communication opportunities.
  • Ensure company messaging and materials maintain a consistent and professional standard.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support company goals and ongoing projects.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the public relations and communications team.
