Reverse-engineer Procore data model and REST APIs; map Bronze→Silver→Gold datasets with transformation rules and data-quality defects; define crosswalk keys (global Project ID) reconciling Procore, P6, and Yardi; define data-quality gates and confidence scoring; support pipeline development and automated testing; validate Gold datasets against sources and document a reusable template.
JD: Reverse-engineer Procore's data model and REST APIs to document projects, commitments, change orders, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, budgets and cost codes, and their true relationships. • Reconstruct the construction delivery process flows — budget → commitment → change order → cost — and document where meaning depends on configuration or company-specific convention. • Produce Bronze → Silver → Gold source-to-target mappings with transformation rules, business logic, and documented data-quality defects. • Define Procore's contribution to DNA crosswalk keys, in particular the global Project ID reconciling Procore, P6 and Yardi, and resolve identifier and hierarchy mismatches between them. • Define data-quality gates and confidence scoring for construction and capital-delivery KPIs, and steward them through certification with the accountable business owner. • Support pipeline development and automated testing; validate Gold datasets against Procore source reality and against corresponding P6 and Yardi records. • Document the approach as a reusable template consistent with the codified Bronze → Gold method. Required qualifications and experience • 4+ years hands-on with Procore in a data, integration, reporting, or construction-technology capacity. • Practical experience with the Procore REST API, including pagination, rate limiting, incremental extraction and authentication patterns. • Demonstrated ability to reverse-engineer an application data model into a business-entity and process model. • Strong SQL and data-profiling capability. • Understanding of construction cost management, change control, and project delivery workflows.
