•            Assist in developing project plans and quality plans aligned with STV’s QMS.

•            Coordinate periodic Project Delivery Meetings and prepare meeting documentation as needed.

•            Support major or high‑visibility projects, including occasional travel within the NYC metro area.

•            Assist the Division QA Manager in organizing quality training and awareness initiatives that strengthen our culture of continuous improvement.

•            Maintain records of project reviews and support performance monitoring efforts.

•            Participate in project audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality processes.

What You Bring

STV is looking for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to advancing quality across multidisciplinary teams.

•            Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent education).

•            At least 5 years of experience in consulting engineering or architecture, ideally with exposure to quality procedures.

•            Strong understanding of design documents, including plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.

•            Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•            Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu Studio, and virtual meeting platforms.

•            Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.

•            A collaborative mindset and a commitment to contributing to the success of the Transportation Division.
