The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Managing Quality Management System global projects to successful completion that are typically medium in scale and complexity.  Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, documenting, and monitoring project related activities.

How you will make an impact

Lead global QMS project implementations using applicable project management tools and methodologies.   Develop and manage project plans for project lifecycle governance. Conduct global cross-functional working sessions and regular team meetings to advance projects. Develop metrics and/or reports to monitor implementations. Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4+ years of project management experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Medical Device experience.
• QMS experience.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (FDA, ISO13485:2016).
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with diverse groups of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
