Quality Manager
Licenciatura en Ingeniero Mecánico / Industrial / Eléctrico o afín
Conocimientos indispensables y experiencia en años:

• 5 años en el área de Calidad en empresas de giro automotriz
• 5 años como Gerente de Calidad
• 2 años en Sistema de Gestión de Calidad
• 2 años en manejo de instrumentos de medición
• 1 año como jefe de laboratorio de pruebas y metrología

Responsabilidades:

• Asegurar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad Administrar programas de manera integral.
• Garantizar la conformidad del producto y la satisfacción del cliente.
• Gestionar reclamos, garantías y desempeño del producto en campo.
• Tomar decisiones críticas de calidad y seguridad.
• Dirigir auditorías y acciones correctivas.
• Gestionar la calidad de proveedores y materiales.
• Coordinar ensayos, pruebas y homologaciones de producto.
• Liderar la mejora continua y la reducción de costos.
• Desarrollar y liderar al equipo de Calidad

Principales competencias:

• Gestión Integral de Sistemas de Calidad (SGC / IATF) Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios (CFT / PDT).
• Orientación al Cliente.
• Análisis y Solución de Problemas
• Gestión de Procesos y Mejora Continua
• Cultura de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente
