Job Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, while supporting audits and maintaining quality documentation.
- Lead or support Layered Process Audits (LPAs), analyze findings, and implement corrective actions using EASE software.
- Monitor key quality metrics like FPY, defect rates, and process control indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide real-time on-floor quality support, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
- Manage containment, defect resolution, and error-proofing efforts in collaboration with production, engineering, and materials teams.
- Interface with customer and supplier quality teams, support acceptance activities, and troubleshoot product quality concerns.
- Develop training, visual aids, and quality tools to support manufacturing, quality inspections, and process improvements.
- Independent processing of the planned inspection content for each Quality Management gate
- Documentation of the deviations found in our production system
- Report errors or non-conformities to the Quality Supervisor
- Participate and contribute to process optimization .
Who We Are Looking For:
- Apprenticeship qualification or comparable training occupation: Automotive Service Technician or Motor car technician
- At least 3 year of professional experience in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and systems
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Driver license is required
- Fluent in English
