Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Translate customer data into meaningful information that drives key business and marketing strategies across consumer lending portfolios. Support the analysis and synthesis of large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business and marketing decisions and priorities. Lead the delivery of business intelligence through dashboards and executive reporting, measuring customer engagement and account production business performance indicators, and presenting insights to stakeholders. Lead strategic initiatives in analyzing end-to-end customer shopping journeys to diagnose frictions and identity opportunities to increase discoverability and conversion and enhance the customer experience. Leverage advanced analytics methodologies and techniques, along with internal and external attributes, to segment existing and prospecting customers, clearly identifying opportunities for growth, driving targeting strategies, and measuring overall portfolio performance. Drive the forecasting of profit and loss impacts of various marketing initiatives and business cases to shape the strategic roadmap and priorities. Design digital experiments, measure campaign and experiment performance, and communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with partners across marketing, product, technology, and customer experience research teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive profitable growth. Mentor and train new and junior members on the team for business acumen, technical skills, and story- telling skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Manager, Quantitative Analytics, Data Scientist, Business Analyst/Analytics, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Manager, Quantitative Analytics, Data Scientist, Business Analyst/Analytics, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: data analytics within financial services; SQL and SAS for automating the production of recurring reports and dashboards using ETL techniques and streamlined workflows; performing data ingestion, data transformation, and query optimization with Microsoft SQL Server or Snowflake; developing interactive Excel and PowerPoint reports with advanced functions including VLookup, Data Analysis Add-Ons, Pivots, Macros, Data Validation, Waterfall, and Gantt Chart; statistical analysis and predictive modeling using R or Python; performing statistical analysis using machine learning methods including multivariate regression, clustering analysis, classification techniques, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling; translating quantitative information into actionable insights, analyzing performance measurements, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders; mentoring and training junior members in technical skills. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: building interactive Tableau dashboards leveraging advanced visualization, ETL automation, and ODBC connectors; leading end-to-end customer behavioral analytics, including delivering actionable insights for analytic and non-analytic audiences; marketing campaign project management using Jira or Kanban. This position requires one (1) year of experience in the following: leading A/B testing design, performance measurement, and deep dive analysis.

Full-Time. Salary: $162,500 - $205,000 per year.
