As an Analytics Senior Associate on the Digital Analytics Customer Experience Team, you will support a broad portfolio by using data to provide recommendations that enhance the customer experience and build long-term, profitable relationships. You will analyze behavioral data, define OKRs, develop and measure A/B tests, and answer strategic analytical questions. Your work will involve creating analytical plans, delivering clear and compelling analysis, and building partnerships across teams. You will help drive improvements to Chase's web and mobile platforms, impacting millions of customers. Your expertise will be key in shaping the future of digital experiences at Chase.
You will serve as a subject matter expert in behavioral and customer journey data, providing consultation to the broader Data & Analytics organization. The role offers opportunities to influence business outcomes through deep-dive analysis and strategic recommendations. You'll work with advanced analytics tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. Your contributions will help foster a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision making. Job responsibilities
- Analyze, visualize, and tell compelling stories through data about digital customer behaviors
- Increase data-informed decisions through establishing partnerships, best practices, and clear communications
- Create experiment and analytical plans to measure the customer impact of new strategies
- Identify opportunities to drive business outcomes through OKR development and deep-dive analysis
- Provide consultation for the broader Data & Analytics organization as an expert in behavioral and customer journey data
- Develop and measure A/B tests to inform strategic decisions
- Deliver actionable analysis in clear and compelling terms to stakeholders
- Build relationships with Product, Tech, Design, and other teams to drive outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Detail-oriented and structured thinker with a passion for analyzing data and providing actionable insights
- Ability to organize complex business problems and translate into analytical plans and execute with high quality
- Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to executives and partner with other teams
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience with web analytics.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Degree (preferred in data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or related fields).
- 3+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences or digital products/usage.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience working with Big Data environments (Hadoop, Teradata, Snowflake).
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Strong slide-writing and presentation skills to deliver analytical insights.
