We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Hardware Lead to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design, development, and testing of electrical, electronic, and mechanical hardware systems. Ensure innovative, reliable, and production-ready designs that meet performance, quality, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the work of electronics, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
- Define system architecture and ensure proper integration of electrical and mechanical designs.
- Oversee schematic, PCB, and mechanical design activities.
- Guide prototype development, testing, and validation.
- Manage documentation, BOMs, and design configuration control.
- Research and apply new technologies and materials.
- Collaborate with Systems, Software, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure successful product development and transition to production.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Over 5 years of hardware development and team leadership experience.
- Experience in mass production manufacturing or industrialization is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical design.
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
