About You
Strong client relationships are important to you. You are effectively the “director of first impressions” for employees, clients and other guests that come to the office each day, and as such, you are an ambassador of the firm and its brand. You use your relationship building skills to provide a high level of service excellence and hospitality to everybody who passes through the office. You are a key player in the overall team’s success through your administrative and client services support skills. Your experience includes delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment to internal and external clients. You’re highly organized and have a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality in everything you do.  You bring a customer service-oriented attitude and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. You’re flexible and love variety in your work and in an environment where no two days are the same.

In this role, you will…

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Coordinate scheduling and setup for client meetings and events, helping to ensure all equipment and supplies are available.

  • Support a team of commercial real estate brokers through processing executed lease/amendment paperwork, creating vouchers, collecting pertinent documentation, sending tenant/property eblasts, creating market surveys, printing tour books, scheduling tenant tours, creating and formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, and processing expense reports.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2-3 years of administrative support services experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industry.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Prior skills/experience in a reception or similar hospitality role a plus.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $65,000 to $70,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
