Job Description

NextShining is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members.

In this role, you will help create a welcoming office environment while supporting essential administrative and front-desk operations. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception and front-office area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and internal office activities.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, filing, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate office records and contact information.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Support different departments with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Help ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations.
