We are looking for an experienced and motivated receptionist to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

Receptionist position details:

We are hiring for a Part Time receptionist. The schedule will include evening shifts (Monday - Friday) from 4pm - 8pm and weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) from 8am - 4pm and 4pm - 8pm. 

Receptionist job duties include:

  • Answer the telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
  • Greet residents, staff, visitors and guests warmly. Direct to appropriate office and/or resident apartment.
  • Monitor presence and location of visitors in the community and ensure that they abide to the Canterbury Woods rules of conduct.  Report suspicious persons/information to supervisor immediately.
  • Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, mail distribution, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care and resident rights information.
  • Ensure administrative supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary.

Qualifications

Receptionist qualifications: 

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Must possess a working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines. 
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
